How long does shipping take?
Processing takes about 2-3 days while shipping takes about 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
What is your refund & exchange policy?
We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange. However, our returns and exchange policy is here if you need to.
Merchandise is accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in an approved and sale-able condition within 7 days from when you received it. It must have the hangtag on, be returned in all original packaging, and be free from make-up and all stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.
We advise that you use a tracked delivery service. For international returns, please ensure that you pay for all customs duties and taxes. Any returned items (at your own cost) with outstanding duties/tax charges may be held at customs. We will not cover these charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this
Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or color.
Refunds on sale items will be processed via store credit. Sale items are refund only. There are no exchanges allowed on sale items. Please note that only one time exchanges and returns are free.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a detective item or a mistake made by Elexiay, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement out to you or cover your original shipping fees in the case of a refund.
Once an order has been placed, processed and shipped, we cannot cancel your order and you will need to receive the item and return it to us if you no longer wish to have the item
Are customs or import duties covered by Elexiay?
Occasionally, some international shipments may be subject to customs/import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the charges in order for the goods to be released from the post office.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses. We are also not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return their items using a tracked postal service and to notify us at email@example.com with the tracking information.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ANY ORDERS WITH A VALUE OF $600 AND OVER.
ITEMS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, AN EMAIL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO SALES@ELEXIAY.COM STATING THE AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ALONG WITH A VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER AND PHOTO ID. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY THIS INFO, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
PRODUCTS OVER THE COST OF $500 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY.
